Numerous data are systematically collected for all volunteers. They are intended to provide a corpus for describing and tracking over time health status, general morbidity and mortality, socio-economic and professional status, family, social and living environment, and personal and environmental risk factors.

In addition, data collected by the general Constances system can be linked with data from other sources, leading to a continuous enrichment of the database. This may involve obtaining occupational or residential environment data, at different levels: individual and contextual. Finally, several other types of data can be generated: weightings, data from a diagnostic validation platform, and ancillary projects with complementary data collection, such as data collected during the Covid-19 epidemic via the completion of several self-questionnaires and serological tests (using self-sampling kits).

Data are collected at inclusion and during follow-up, and come from a variety of sources. All available data (inclusion, follow-up and enrichment data) are listed in regularly updated catalogs that you can find in the useful documents.

The STETHOSCOPA application is a tool designed for users of data from the Constances cohort to give them rapid access to detailed descriptive statistics from the inclusion and follow-up surveys. It includes data collected from completed and returned self-questionnaires questionnaires, but also unemployment data from the CNAV, a selection of healthcare consumption data from the SNDS from the SNDS, as well as diagnoses based on algorithms developed by the team.
The application is available in French and English.
